Clean room, excellent customer care! 5*
the cleanliness was excellent! Gergely set up our room and everything was perfect! He was so nice and helpful too. And also on the reception were two ladies! Both of them were nice! Really excellent customer care! We had some problem with the heating and literally 5 min later then we let the reception know one of the ladies came and brought 2 radiators. ( Thanx again!) I’m really sorry I don’t know them names! To be honest… I can say only positively about this hotel!
