Sin dudas definitivamente la atención, el servicio del lugar, la amabilidad del personal, y.. ¡Dios mío de sabores y texturas de las comidas y los cocteles muy únicos y deliciosos! Me enamoraron y me dejaron muy asombrada, jajaja, la verdad la pasamos muy encantados y disfrutamos muchísimo la experiencia, fue todo muy hermoso. La habitación más económica, muy bonita, limpia, ordenada.

Everything! The room was spacious, sparkling clean, the beds very comfortable & the room service food excellent, albeit a bit on the dear side. The hotel is not a standard build & the way the architect uses light, angles & wall paintings of the actual facade is great. Staff was absolutely fabulous, we knew we had to quarantine in the room until the negative PCR test result from the airport came back & Rangiroa at reception had it all laid out for us, informing about the standard procedure in the most friendly & professional manner. Once we got the all clear, he was most helpful in locating our approval documents & printing them out, He was also a treasure trove of information about the amenities near the location & anything else we wanted to know about. Service at breakfast was great & the food very good. The hotels covid protocol of measuring temperature & insisting to sanitise hands was gently enforced by the porters, keeping everybody safe. Location is great for exploring & shopping.
