If the name on the credit card does not match the name on the reservation, a credit card authorization form must be completed prior to the guest's arrival. Please contact the hotel directly and request a credit card authorization form to be faxed or emailed to you. Check-in will not be permitted with this method of payment unless the credit card authorization to charge has been received prior to arrival.
