Not cheap, but really good
The location is excellent, right on the central place opposite the Presidential Palace. I had a great view from my room in the 4th floor. The rooms are nice and fully equipped. The breakfast buffet is tasty and comprehensive, with real coffee (not just Nescafe). The price is high compared to other West African cities, but in contrast to other hotels in Bissau it's actually low – it's an expensive city. The hotel restaurant is closed, but there are several other nice restaurants nearby.
