It was a terrible. To top it all, it was beyond short-staffed, as we were told the rest of the staff has COVID.
It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. my fiancé felt the same. There was a white creamy substance next to my bed stand and on the floor. We didn’t have room service once. There were no bottles of water, cups or ice.
