No heat was working.
Nothing great but OK according to their hotel rating it was poor. My personal recommendation please don’t rate this hotel it’s so poor that people will stop believing your company & will not follow your rating. In my case I booked under Ramada inn name which you mentioned in your reservation, which is in I will call it cheating.
