10/10, staff was very accommodating and understanding.
I did not realize upon booking that I sent a request for a quiet room, my friends and I were very loud, we apologize for this. The receptionist did mention upon one of the times that I exited the building that it was quite loud, but they were understanding and we were able to quiet down. I was charged twice for the room, but the reception was quick in issuing me a refund for the second charge. There was no issues with getting the damage deposit back either. This is my first experience at a hotel and I will say it exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all of the staff, and I apologize once again for the noise.

Enjoyed the proximity to airport, and cleanliness!
I liked it’s location, so near the airport - why I chose it. It was in good condition, very clean. The fellow at the front desk was kind and helpful. Tub and shower very nice, and I appreciated the sink’s location. The bar fridge was handy. I wish there’d been another place to plug in the coffee-maker, rather than the outlet just beside the sink… that was interesting… but at least there was a coffee-maker!
