The hotel was a great value, in a great location. Staff was just great.
The room was comfortable and bed linens were great. Loved being able to open the windows, especially to look out over a courtyard. Very much like a European experience. Likes the history of the hotel displayed on hallway walls. Front desk staff and housekeeping personnel were excellent. Like the nice coffee stand in the lobby. Loved that Gruet Tasting Room was located just off the lobby. Being two blocks off the Plaza with hotel rates like this was a pleasant surprise.
