Excellent location but worn down facilities, severely understaffed. Not 4-star standard at all.
The location was excellent and a few of the staff/service personnel at the front desk/reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was generally good and the breakfast spread was okay. Akshay and Jena at the reception area and Babu at the breakfast room took good care of their guests.

Full potential - comfortable and large rooms, excellent restaurants - unrealized.
Lousy buffet breakfast with the meagre staff quite incapable of either attending to the guests or replenishing the food laid out. The hotel location is excellent as were the rooms allotted to us on the 2nd floor (though there were intermittent power outages through most of the nights we were there). The a la carte food at the main restaurant on the 1st floor - Zaika - was excellent and did much to compensate for the minuses we experienced.
