Disappointing... no idea how it's a 4* place
Staff were all perfectly pleasant but issues with the room and cleanliness - and the place seems well overdue an update!

hotel set in lovely grounds, foyer area was nice and set a tone for how expected rest of the hotel to be. the staff team were helpful.
