The hotel was very nice. The pools were nice, deep and clean! Great balconies with fish ponds! Very good breakfast set-up. Nice grounds and close to many things. Housekeepers were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay again if it weren't for our check-in experience that came with no help on hotels end.
