the whole situation was a fiasco. We had a confirmation email for the reservation the next day. Upon arriving, we found all entrances locked with no one there, no signage on any doors belonging to the Sheraton. i had to go into the building of Medical meetings to be directed to someone at the Westin to be told the SHERATON WAS CLOSED!!!! We had been given a reservation to the WESTIN but no notice was given. They had our email but none was sent for notice. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
