Friendly staff, they were able to help us with our request for a tub and a city view too, I thought it would have been a situation where it was one or the other but it wasnt. It worked out great. The bed was also super comfy and it makes me want to invest into the bedding the hotel had. Definitely a higher thread count than what I have at home lol. I also love the overall atmosphere of the place, especially on new years eve, the atmosphere fits the occasion perfectly to where my fiancee and I didnt want to leave our room.
