The gentleman who brought a luggage dolly to me and another gentleman when I asked for a vacuum cleaner to be brought up. Question: How could you possibly promote that you are taking extra steps and precautions cleaning and sanitizing, and in the next breath you say that rooms will be cleaned once per week only on the memos left in rooms and posted in hallways?

Sorry but there was nothing we liked. It was out dated. I was across from the elevator and we heard EVERYTHING. We had king bed which were two beds pushed together. Not acceptable at all. I would never stay there again.
