前台接待黄先生很好，因为没有提前预约自助晚餐还帮忙跟餐厅确认安排了，房间也给我安排了高楼层。临近暑假的关系，最近酒店的团队客人很多，有些人素质差到极点，连放泳衣泳裤的袋子都要偷，很气愤，手里一堆湿漉漉的衣服和孩子的浮板玩具拖鞋，都没处放了，袋子被某房间的客人偷走了。找了前台的金先生，很积极地帮我解决了袋子的问题，这事不怪酒店，只是遇到这样的团队客人同住一家酒店，真是拉低了酒店带来的体验感。
