A serviceable experience that didn't go below par or exceed it.
The location is pretty cool because it is nestled inside Cesar's, but you don't have to deal with checking in via the main check-in area. The bathroom was actually pretty solid. The shower situation is good.

Not what you expect from a Nobu hotel.
Being in Caesar’s the location is obviously great & the Nobu restaurant there was good & staff were lovely but that’s where the positives end I’m afraid!
