Cats and dogs are welcome, however certain dangerous breeds are restricted, proper approval and screening are required. A pet fee of $15 a day is charged up to 15 days. For Long Term Stays, of 14 nights or more, the max pet fee is $150. Please kindly contact the property directly if you have a service animal. All animals must also be up to date for their rabies vaccines. All pets AND service animals should be registered with the city. Please note the heating and air conditioning is seasonal. The heating is centrally controlled. The heating comes on in mid October and turns off on towards the end of May.
