1. Отличное расположение! 2. В целом квартира понравилась, комфортно и удобно. 3. На балконе красивые стёкла витражные и на стене в гостиной милая серия иллюстраций про кота путешественника художника Андрея Пальянова :) 4. Мне на диване было спать удобно. 5. Есть весь необходимый кухонный инвентарь, штопор.
