I had booked rooms with you for guangzhou, malaysia, bangkok,and some other places also. But when I booked room with you ini India (Madurai) and now at salem, totally you image has gone totally worst. I did not expect this big BOOKING .COM will not see this type of booking for his valuable custormers. Here after I do have faith in you for future booking .In your confirmation mail you had confirmed with AIR CONDITION ROOM WITH WIFI for Rs 904. but when we arrived at the lodge ,the staffs say they had received orders with some one else for non a/c room only, If we want a/c room we have to pay Rs 1250/= . we paqid to them because myself age 68 years old and my wife aged 57 years can not search other lodge. On 11th night there was rain and the electricity authorities had switched of the current. Even though the lodge is having generator set , thet did not switched on the generator, and when enquired they said it is repair and can not switch on the generator . For the reception counter, they had provided invertor with one light and fan fercilities. myself and my wife suffered nearly 4 hours in total darkness . KINDLY RESPOND TO THIS MAIL IMMEDIATELY , OR OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE OTHER ACTION .
