I'm deeply disappointed with Booking.com and this hotel and do not intend to use both services again

Excellent service, comfy room.
We loved that the suite had all the amenities of being home. The room was so homey and so clean. There was even a dishwasher! The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The staff was amazing and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again, it was an amazing experience.
