El hotel esta bastante bien mantenido, muy bien ubicado, aunque el agua en el lavabo no se iba y hubo que reportarlo, en el baño cerca de el elevador el wc de caballeros no cerraba por lo cual se se perdía agua constantemente, también se reporto. No hay bell boy, así que recibimos la llave en recepción y cada quien subió su equipaje. Reserve una habitación junior suite y no tiene ventanas al exterior.
